Checks GDM data on the local node for missing database information. The command applies to nodes sharing data via SDS. Use it after encountering undesirable behavior or errors in the User and Services Configuration and Telephone Directory forms or during an SDS synchronization. The missing data, which the GDM REPAIR USERANDSERVICE command can repair, is typically the result of a foreign database restore.
The command output displays progress in increments of a 100 records.
Detailed information of each missing record identified is saved in a text file at the location specified in the output summary.
The text file is temporary. Each time the command is run, the file is deleted and a new one generated in its place.
This example is for a system that has 55 DNs for system services (for example, hunt group pilot numbers), 230 devices, and 100 RDNs. Each of the directory number has a Tel Dir entry.
